Paul Moroz

Professor Moroz is the director of the Western Australian Peritonectomy Service which is based at Joondalup Health Campus in Perth. The service is fully publically funded by the Health Department of Western Australia and provides full peritonectomy and HIPEC/EPIC treatment for patients with tumours of the appendix, colon and rectum, ovary and peritoneum (i.e. mesothelioma) that have spread to the peritoneum causing PMP or peritoneal carcinomatosis.

Professor Moroz is a fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons, having completed a fellowship in General Surgery in Western Australia before undertaking post fellowship training in Peritonectomy and Liver Surgery at St George Hospital in 2007 under the supervision of Professor David Morris. Professor Moroz holds an academic appointment at the University of Western Australia and heads surgical teaching at Joondalup Health Campus.
