Jeremy Lewin (MBBS FRACP) is a medical oncologist at the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre with expertise in sarcoma and testicular cancer and an Associate Professor at the University of Melbourne. He is co-director of the Victorian AYA cancer service and has dedicated his career to improve the outcomes and experiences for young patients.
Jeremy’s research focuses on high-risk AYA sarcoma subtypes, improving access to clinical trialsresearch studies performed to test new treatments, tests or procedures and evaluate their effectiveness on various diseases for young people, and advancing models of quality cancer care. He has been actively involved in professional organisations, including the Royal Australasian College of Physicians, where he has championed the development of Adolescent & Young Adult Medicine.
He also holds leadership and strategic roles across a range of national and international organisations and is a frequent speaker at Victorian, Australian, and international forums on AYA oncology, sarcoma and testicular cancer.
