Brief Summary
This research is conducted to initially diagnose Cancer of Unknown Primarya type of cancer that has spread from an unknown point of origin; also known as cancers of occult primary (CUP) at the DNA level using Somatic molecular profiling and tissuea group of cells that work together to perform a function of origin assay and to measure the implementation of Optimal Care Pathway (OCP) .

Inclusion Criteria
Eligible participants must fulfill all the following criteria:
- Age 18 years or more.
- Suspected or confirmed CUP diagnosisthe process of identifying a disease based on signs and symptoms, patient history and medical test results.
- Willing to provide informed consenta process in which a patient receives detailed information about a procedure or treatment, including its potential risks, benefits, and alternatives. The patient then has the opportunity to understand the information and voluntarily agree to the procedure or treatment..
- Able to understand English or understand study involvement through interpreter services.
