Brief Summary
The aim of this study is to assess feasibility, tumoura tissue mass that forms from groups of unhealthy cells response, adverse events, and quality of lifethe overall well-being of a person diagnosed with cancer, encompassing both physical and emotional aspects of health of aerosolised chemotherapya cancer treatment that uses drugs to kill or slow the growth of cancer cells, while minimising damage to healthy cells in peritoneal cancera disease where abnormal cells split without control and spread to other nearby body tissue and/or organs/s.

Inclusion Criteria
- Adult patients (> 18 years of age).
- Clinical confirmation of peritoneal carcinomatosis from gastric, pancreatic, appendiceal or colorectalrelating to the colon or rectum in the large bowel/intestine cancer.
- Previous histopathological evidence of neoplastic disease is available.
- Patients must have demonstrated resistance to or lack of response to already approved and available systemic chemotherapy.
- Must have the ability to understand and sign a written informed consenta process in which a patient receives detailed information about a procedure or treatment, including its potential risks, benefits, and alternatives. The patient then has the opportunity to understand the information and voluntarily agree to the procedure or treatment. form, which must be obtained prior to initiation of study procedures.
